A FEW WORDS FROM CARLI: There is no issue too large or small to seek assistance for. I am committed to helping my clients reach their optimal potential in mental, emotional, and social growth. I believe that self-awareness and personal identity are the very heart and core of individuals. My mission is to assist your growth by walking alongside you and providing a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe place to work through life’s challenges. Together, we can find solutions and develop plans and skills to handle life’s twists and turns. One of the greatest joys is discovering your own resilience and autonomy. While it may not always be easy, it's definitely worth it. Jointly, we can make sure that growth happens in a healthy and productive way, so that you may build a fulfilling life infused with strong relationships and positive experiences that match your wonderful uniqueness. OTHER INTERESTS: Outside of my professional career, I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, softball, concerts, and spending meaningful time with my family (husband, step-children, and labradoodle included) and friends. If someone manages to drag me out, I also have fun camping and snowboarding. I deeply appreciate traveling and experiencing new places/cultures, as well as spending time at the beach, relaxing. Reading a good book, paint-by-number, and meditating are my favorite ways to decompress. "Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can." ~ Arthur Ashe |
