A FEW WORDS FROM ERINN: My goal as a therapist, is to help my clients move towards their goals. I provide a safe, supportive environment, but will also challenge my client's thinking and perceptions. I believe most people know exactly what they need to do to solve their problems, but sometimes need extra support from a therapist to help them get "unstuck." I focus on a balance between thinking and feeling (the brain and the heart) to help my clients move in the direction they want to go. I feel that it's important to focus on all aspects of health; not only mental health, but physical and emotional health as well. OTHER INTERESTS: Erinn grew up in Hazelton, Idaho. She has 3 children, who she raises with her ex-husband. She loves to camp, fish, and go on adventures with her children, as well as the day-to-day activities. Erinn runs a vintage flea market in Boise, called The Boise Flea, and is always on the search for antiques and vintage treasures. Erinn lifts weights and stays as active as possible. She is always looking for new ways to grow and learn. "Follow your heart, for it is your greatest compass in the journey of life." |
