A FEW WORDS FROM HAILEY: My theoretical approach to counseling includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, Existential Therapy, and a Strength-Based approach. I enjoy working with adolescents ages 13+, adults, and couples. I have experience in working with issues related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, parent-child relationships, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, LGBTQI+ identity, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, marriage/personal relationships, and learning effective coping skills. I also have experience in counseling within schools local to the Treasure Valley, as well as college students at BSU. OTHER INTERESTS: Hailey moved to Boise in 2018 and has a background in writing and Criminal Justice. In addition, Hailey worked as a writing coach for graduate students at BSU. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors and frequently spends time on the Greenbelt or hiking in the foothills. Hailey loves recreational activities such as weight training, rock climbing, snowboarding, and riding her bike. She also has a deep connection with animals and adores spending time with her cats (Teddy & Benny) and her dogs (Atticus & Helaena). "Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up."
