A FEW WORDS FROM KRISTEN: I want to hear from you and listen to and learn about you. I am a good listener and have years of experience working with many different types of people. Empathy and understanding are two of my priorities when it comes to hearing your story. You are important and valued and deserve to be heard. I hope that we can collaborate together to take steps to improve your life and circumstances. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, we can work on coming up with effective coping strategies and ways to process those emotions. Life is hard sometimes and I want to help you find a peaceful place to land. OTHER INTERESTS: I love animals and spending time in nature, staying active, being kind to others, having friends to hang out with and spending time with family. I also value my time alone, I enjoy just walking in the mountains or running on the greenbelt. |
