A FEW WORDS FROM SALVADOR: If you are anything like me, you may have trouble asking for help when you need it. More often than not it's hard to remind yourself that it’s okay to ask for help and be vulnerable. Through that vulnerability, you can receive help and accept growth. Watching my clients move through this process is my favorite part of the job. I tailor my approach to serve you best by utilizing evidence-based modalities. My areas of expertise are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to provide a space filled with warmth, empathy, and understanding where people can heal. Getting help doesn’t have to be scary, you just have to take the first step. OTHER INTERESTS: Sal enjoys playing the guitar and listening to music. He is also passionate about weightlifting and fitness. When possible, Sal prefers to be outdoors and going on adventures with his wife. "Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness."
