A FEW WORDS FROM AIMEE: Starting therapy can be daunting and is one of the most courageous journeys that an individual can embark on. To be vulnerable, to be uncomfortable, to be authentic, is terrifying, but necessary for personal growth. My role in the therapeutic alliance is to assist my clients in harnessing their own empowerment and providing a non-judgmental, empathetic, and patient environment necessary for personal growth. My focus is to assist you in better understanding yourself and giving you the tools that you need to lead a life that fulfills you and aligns with your values. OTHER INTERESTS: I like to practice my own self-care by being outdoors, strength-training, attending live music, and most importantly connecting with family and friends, as well as my dogs, Chief and Theoden. Depending on the season, you may find me hiking, backpacking, camping, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling. "Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn't mean you can, should, or need to do it alone."
