FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO START VIDEO SESSIONS:
1. COMPLETE/RETURN THE CONSENT FORMS AND INTAKE FORMS (if your are a new client):
The forms will be emailed to you. Please review them, complete them, and send them back to us.
2. JOIN THE TELETHERAPY SESSION: Before your appointment time, your therapist will send an email inviting you to join a “Telemedicine Meeting” through DOXY (a HIPAA secure video platform.)
NOTE: The invitation might go to your JUNK/SPAM folders.
3. JOIN OUR PORTAL (OPTIONAL):
We will be sending out an email welcoming you to our portal, TherapyPortal. Set up an account (password) on TherapyPortal. The portal will allow you to manage your appointments; including scheduling and/or canceling.

- At your appointment time, follow the link and your therapist will be ready to meet with you. 😊
- If there are any issues and you are not able to join in the video meeting, your therapist will call you on a HIPAA secure, private line. (The number may show out-of-state, but please answer the call.)
